    Rats were trained to self-administer intravenous cocaine using an IVSA paradigm with both S+ and S- visual discrimination cues. Each rat was separately implanted with a <t>microdialysis</t> probe aimed at the prelimbic (left) and infralimbic (right) cortex and collected every 15 minutes during pre-session baseline (-45 to 0 min), introduction of the cue (0 to 30 min), and introduction of the cue-lever (30 to 120 min).
